Ever since the wars that devastated it (1975-1990), Lebanon has entered a period of bad economic and social situation. This created an increase in the demand for social and economic services (health, education, employment, housing,etc…) which reflected upon several already dispossed classes of society, mainly those of internal refugees. Through its activities, the ILDES aims at answering this demand by means of a welcome based on the respect of the other, which stems from a personalized, confident and warm relationship.
